Can anyone train in the gym?

The use of the gym is only for classes and personal training.

How do I book onto a class?

Please go to the Book Now page where you can book onto classes via PAYG or Memberships.

Can I pay for classes with cash or in person?

All payments and bookings are online to help with the flow of the classes and booking system.

What do I need for boxing class?

Hand wraps and gloves are a must, there are gloves and wraps available for sale but you must have some or you will get rejected from the class if not.
